Digital tech can enhance response efforts, but not all solutions work due to infrastructure constraints. This topic explores how digitalization empowers communities in emergencies and post-pandemic recovery. Stakeholders must also prepare for worst-case scenarios like war and terrorism. Technology aids in detecting patterns, early warnings, social media monitoring, and disaster mapping, minimizing impact and casualties.
